Grand Seiko presented an experience that blended craft and culture at India Watch Weekend 2026. The highlight was the SLGB003 from the Evolution 9 Collection, housing Grand Seiko’s most accurate movement yet, the Spring Drive U.F.A. Caliber 9RB2.

The U.F.A. designation stands for Ultra Fine Accuracy, marking a breakthrough with precision defined not by daily, weekly, or monthly rates, but over an entire year. With an annual rate of ±20 seconds, it sets a new benchmark among mainspring-powered wristwatches.

Beyond this, the guests explored a curated collection of timepieces, experienced sake through a guided tasting session, stepped into traditional Japanese robes, and had their names hand-inscribed by a calligrapher in Katakana script.
