Grand Seiko, renowned for crafting some of the world’s finest mechanical watches, launched its new Exclusive Salon at Nexus Select Citywalk, Saket, New Delhi, on 8th July, as part of a two-day event that welcomed leading Journalists, Members of the GS9 Club India Chapter, aficionados and more.

For over six decades, Grand Seiko has defined watchmaking the Japanese way: every timepiece is hand-assembled by master watchmakers in just two studios, its components adjusted to one-hundredth of a millimetre, and its mirror-like surfaces perfected by the traditional Zaratsu polish. Such exacting craftsmanship continues to captivate watch collectors and enthusiasts worldwide.

The Salon itself mirrors this ethos. Pristine, minimalist interiors and luxurious furnishings invite visitors to immerse themselves and explore, while each timepiece is displayed as a masterpiece for the discerning eye. Centre stage at the opening was the SLGB001 from the brand’s Evolution 9 collection – a Platinum 950 limited edition of just 80 timepieces worldwide, powered by the legendary Ultra Fine Accuracy Spring Drive movement, at an MRP of Rs. 40 lakhs.
